Marshmallow Frosting

It was my birthday yesterday on 30th May. The day before, I baked something for myself. HAHAHA! Pathetic. It was just a small elongated chocolate cake with lots and lots of marshmallow frosting. I also added some banana slices. All of which could not be seen under that mountain of white frosting. The truth is, I had too much frosting made. I should have halved the quantity, but I was lazy to do the math. And so I end up with a frosting fit for a layered medium circular cake. I didn't know what to do with the rest, so I end up slapping the small cake with the entire thing.

Verdict: Well, the cake is just like any other cake. The frosting however, is extremely sweet but taste very much like.... marshmallow! I have to wonder what a cola frosting would taste like. Hmm... I hope whoever is moved to try out this frosting, I wish you good luck and hope yours didn't turn out like a mountain.

I've been listening to this song by Jesse McCartney called Leavin'. His looks reminds me of Nick Carter when he was only 16 years old. Anyway, the song had this line 'don't stress don't stress'. Reminds me so much of my boyfriend! WAKAKAKA! He says that to me sometimes. So this song sort of reminds me of him. A lot.
