Runway!

4 days ago, I boarded a plane to a secret destination. Actually its not a secret if you have access to my other blog. I give you some clues... the people don't speak a word of English, and Halal food are hard to come by. Their national airline carrier is purple. Genuine guys are super handsome. The fake ones are pretty, but some are just so ugly to look at. More recently, the country had a spat with their neighbour. I actually got back this afternoon. I'm so glad to be back. I'm very lucky to live in Singapore. If it had been elsewhere, I'll be at the mercy of touting cabs and... ok, shall not reveal too much. Will blog about my trip tomorrow. Got a lot of photos to share.

What's next for me? Jakarta. I tell you, I'm so in love with the city. Maybe I'm so protected by my nice uncle who provided accommodation with 24 hour air conditioning and ALL the freaking cable channel you can think of and transportation with a driver for free, plus an aunt that could speak their language and get me something at a heavily bargained price; that I'm blinded from the real ugly truth of what the city actually offers.
